What happens when I submit an enquiry?
The next step is that we will contact you via the details you provide to discuss things further and to listen to what you wish to create.
How long should I expect to wait before I hear from you after an enquiry is submitted?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours although usually within the first hour.
How long does it take from Order to Delivery?
From time of Order to Delivery is usually 5 - 7 Weeks
Whats a Site Survey?
A Site Survey is where one of our knowledgeable Sales Advisor's comes to your home to discuss what you wish to create, to see the site where you propose to have the log cabin built, And to discuss what model will suit you best or even create a totally unique design tailored to suit your requirements and needs.
Why do you recommend a Site Survey?
We prefer to meet our customers face to face, as it helps us to get a better understanding of how we can help you best. Obviously it's good for you as well as you get to see who you are dealing with rather than just hearing their voice at the end of the phone.
What are the choices when choosing a base?
We provide two different base. A standard concrete base or a screw pad base.
What happens after I accept your Quotation?
After you accept a Quotation then we ask for a £500.00 deposit to confirm your order with us.
What happens after I pay the £500.00 deposit?
We will send out a Sales Pack which will detail exactly what you have ordered along with a drawing to show you. Also included in the Sales Pack is a copy of our Terms and Conditions.We ask for you to sign and return one copy of the Order Specification and drawing to confirm we have got your order exactly right, this helps avoid any delays or errors when placing your order with our factory. Once we receive your signed Sales Pack we then order your building with our factory.
What happens after you order my Building?
After we order your building within 7 days we will be sent a Order Confirmation from our factory, this order confirmation will give us a two week delivery slot of when we can expect your building to be delivered.
How long does it take to install my building?
The average installation takes about 2 days depending on the size. If it is a larger cabin then it can take longer, we recently installed a 18m x 3.5m log cabin in Lichfield which took us 7 days from start to fully finished with Internal electrics.
